Lead Generation + Booking VA (8AM–1PM EST) – Cleaning Company

WORK HOURS (REQUIRED): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based cleaning company looking for an experienced Lead Generation + Booking Assistant to help us find cleaning leads and book jobs.

This role is results-based, not data entry.

Daily Responsibilities
• Find cleaning leads using:
• Facebook Groups (Airbnb, real estate, short-term rentals)
• Facebook Marketplace
• Instagram DMs
• Message prospects using provided scripts
• Qualify leads and follow up
• Help book cleanings on our calendar
• Track leads in Google Sheets

Requirements

Experience with cleaning, home services, Airbnb, or real estate leads
Comfortable DMing and following up with U.S. clients
Good written English
Reliable internet + laptop
Can work 8AM–1PM EST

No beginners
No agencies

Pay

$4–$6 per hour
Performance bonuses available
Long-term position
