Short-Form Video Editor (Reels / Shorts Video Editing)

We’re hiring a fast, reliable Short-Form Video Editor to produce high-volume quality and engaging content for social platforms.

This is not cinematic editing.

This role is about speed, pacing, and scroll-stopping hooks.

WHAT YOU’LL BE EDITING
- Short-form videos: 15-45 seconds
- Simple, fast edits only:
- Quick cuts
- Zoom in / out
- Close-ups & mid shots
- Basic captions (clear, readable, not animation-heavy)

REQUIRED SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Strong video editing skills
- Understanding of short-form pacing & hooks
- Good English comprehension
- Organized, reliable, follows instructions well

YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Know how to edit clips that stop people from scrolling
- Can work fast without sacrificing quality
- Want a long-term position (not freelance)
- Are open to learning and improving

JOB DETAILS
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Remote
- Long-term role
- Starting pay: $300/month
- Pay increases up to $600/month based on output & consistency
