Academic Christian K-Undergrad training organization is seeking a highly organized, service-driven Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as the right hand to our Founder and Executive Director. This is a high-visibility role where character, integrity, and discretion are just as critical as technical proficiency. You will be the pulse of our daily operations, managing complex projects, fostering relationships, and facilitating seamless communication across our organization.

We are looking for a professional who exercises sound judgment, embodies a strong spiritual foundation, and thrives in managing priorities with grace and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage calendars, work schedules, and activities for the Founder and Executive Director, ensuring time is optimized.

Communications Management: Write, edit, and distribute electronic communications to members and stakeholders. You will manage our website, social media coordination, and act as the final quality control for public documents.

Project & Event Coordination: oversee key events and initiatives from start to finish. You will handle logistics for Governance Board and National Advisory Board meetings, including agendas and speaker coordination.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, partners, staff, and Board Members, maintaining warmth and professionalism in every interaction.

Operational Tracking: Maintain the status of activities for parents, students, and staff, ensuring all moving parts are tracked accurately.

Technical Qualifications

You must be comfortable adopting new technologies and possess proficiency in the following:

Microsoft Ecosystem: Expert-level MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel Specialist Certification), MS 365, Teams, and MS CoPilot.

AI & Productivity Tools: Experience with AI tools ( Jasper AI, ChatGPT, Otter AI), and Canva.

Management Platforms: Familiarity with ACT Management Systems, Board Effect, Rise Vision, Auxilia, Guidestar, and Zoho.

Financial & Media: QuickBooks and video development/editing skills.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration or Communications preferred).

Demonstrated history of supporting high-level professionals, boards, or executive staff.

Strong background in database management and project management.
