I’m looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines who wants to help grow a brand and revenue, not just complete tasks.

About the Role

You will be my right hand in growing my brand, revenue, and visibility so I can focus more on writing and working as an emcee and moderator.

This role blends execution and strategy. You’ll manage social media, paid ads, outreach, and email support, while also suggesting improvements that strengthen brand positioning and marketing communication.

I’m looking for someone who thinks like a partner, brings ideas to the table, and cares about results.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Brand Growth:
- Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Create and manage social media calendars
- Support content creation using Canva, Capcut and/or other applications as needed
- Grow and nurture engaged online communities
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling across platforms

Paid Ads & Revenue Growth
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements
- Identify new ad opportunities to grow book sales and brand revenue
- Think in terms of ROI, not just impressions or reach

Strategic Brand & Marketing Support
- Review and suggest improvements to my website for clarity, conversion, and brand alignment
- Recommend optimizations to my LinkedIn profile and social media pages
- Identify messaging and positioning opportunities that strengthen the brand
- Help ensure consistency across all platforms

Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research emcee, moderator, and speaking opportunities
- Support outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Track leads, follow up consistently, and support conversions


Email & Newsletter Support
- Assist with newsletter creation, scheduling, and management
- Support email list growth and engagement

How Success Is Measured

This is a results-driven role tied to growth. KPIs will be defined together and may include:
- Revenue growth from paid ads and campaigns
- Meta ad performance improvements (CTR, CPC, ROAS)
- Growth in book sales and email subscribers
- Social and community growth
- Qualified leads generated for emcee and moderator opportunities

KPIs are reviewed monthly and quarterly, with a focus on ---------- ntum and progress.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
