JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based commercial truck dealership selling work trucks, vans, box trucks, and commercial vehicles.
We receive a high volume of online inquiries through Facebook Marketplace, classified sites, and email.
Your job is to respond fast, qualify buyers, and push serious prospects to phone calls with the owner.
This is NOT customer support and NOT casual chatting.

Your Responsibilities
Respond to all buyer messages within 5 minutes
Ask qualifying questions (cash/finance, location, timing)
Push serious buyers to phone calls
Follow up consistently with warm leads
Post and refresh vehicle listings daily
Log all leads and notes accurately


Requirements (IMPORTANT)
Excellent written English
Confident, direct communication (not passive)
Comfortable asking for phone numbers
Willing to follow scripts and systems exactly

Experience in auto sales, internet sales, or BDC is a PLUS
(Industry experience preferred but not required)
