The Role

As our Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of backend operations - day-to day operations, Amazon PPC, Supply Chain and Customer Service. You’ll lead a team of VAs, manage all operational workflows, and ensure everything runs smoothly without CEO involvement. This is a key leadership role for someone who loves building systems, managing people, and driving results.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day backend operations (Amazon PPC, inventory, logistics, operations and customer service)
Lead and coordinate remote VAs and freelancers — assign tasks in Asana and track execution
Train VAs on relevant tasks
Document and organize SOPs and workflows in our company wiki
Monitor inventory levels, update forecasts, and manage restock plans
Reorder from suppliers and coordinate with freight forwarders
Create shipping plans, FNSKUs, and carton labels for Amazon
Set up and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns using Scale Insights
Submit weekly reports on project progress, TACoS, team accountability, and inventory status

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in operations/project management (e-commerce preferred)
Comfortable with Amazon backend operations (inventory, PPC, Seller Central)
Proficient in task management tools (Asana or equivalent)
Experience leading a remote team (freelancers/VAs)
Process-driven thinker who loves structure, documentation, and clean execution
Confident communicator and problem solver
Bonus: Familiar with products in the crochet, weaving category.

Working Hours / Expectations
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Use of Timeproof Software for tracking during work hours
Compensation & Benefits:

?50,000–?70,000 PHP/month
Fully Remote
14 days of annual leave
