This is a long-term role for someone who wants full-time, stable, remote work with a clear purpose and consistent hours.

- Cut out uhms, stutters, silences, and dead space.

- Add title screens, call-outs, or graphics when I say something important.

- Sync visuals with audio and make the content flow smoothly.

- Some videos involve whiteboard teaching, so you’ll need to cut any pauses or mistakes seamlessly.

- Short-form videos (Under 60 seconds):

- Use fast cuts, captions, zoom-ins, and viral-style editing to hold attention.

- Match current trends and keep a snappy, engaging feel.

- Re-purpose long-form content into short-form clips.

You MUST Have:
Excellent spoken English understanding (to catch filler words and edit appropriately).

- Strong experience editing YouTube videos and short-form content.

- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).

- A portfolio or past work samples (both long and short-form).

- Ability to follow instructions and edit independently without needing constant feedback.

- Fast internet connection and a computer that can handle editing efficiently.

- Willingness to track your screen while working (we use screen tracking for accountability).

DO NOT APPLY IF:

- You are not willing to have your screen tracked while editing.

- You don’t have experience editing both long-form and short-form content.

Pay:
$5/hour

Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal.

Long-term, full-time position with growth opportunities.
