Accounting Assistant (Long-Term, Remote – Philippines)

We are looking for a high-quality Accounting Assistant to work closely with our Controller and leadership team. This role is for someone who wants to grow with a company and take pride in doing work the right way.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Bank and account reconciliations

Maintaining clean, organized financial records

Supporting inventory and job-cost tracking

Identifying issues or inconsistencies and speaking up

Communicating clearly and consistently with our Controller

Experience We Prefer

Accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support experience

Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems

Construction, manufacturing, or inventory-based business experience is a plus
