About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Virtual Assistant to manage, optimize, and grow our existing Shopify store. This role is for someone who knows Shopify inside and out—not just product uploads, but the full ecosystem required to run and scale a successful online store.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day website management, campaign execution, and ongoing improvements, working proactively rather than waiting for instructions.

Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
Uploading, editing, and organizing products (titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, tags, collections)
Editing and optimizing product images (cropping, resizing, light retouching)
Managing inventory, SKUs, and product availability
Creating and maintaining collections and navigation menus

Website Design & Page Management
Fully editing and building Shopify pages from start to finish (Home, Product, Collection, Landing Pages)
Using Shopify themes, sections, and apps to improve UX and conversions
Ensuring mobile responsiveness and consistent branding across the site
Updating banners, announcements, featured sections, and promotions


Artwork & Campaign Creation
Designing basic to intermediate artwork for promotions, campaigns, and offers (using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Creating on-site visuals for sales, launches, and seasonal campaigns
Coordinating website visuals with email and marketing campaigns


Loyalty & Customer Retention
Creating, managing, and optimizing our loyalty/rewards program
Setting up points, tiers, referrals, and incentives
Monitoring performance and suggesting improvements to increase retention







Email
Marketing
Creating and managing email campaigns when required (Klaviyo, Shopify Email, or similar)
Designing email layouts, writing basic campaign copy, and scheduling sends
Managing flows such as welcome emails, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and promotions






Store Optimization & Ongoing Management
Installing, managing, and optimizing Shopify apps
Identifying issues and troubleshooting independently
Making recommendations to improve conversion rate, customer experience, and revenue
Ensuring the store remains updated, clean, and fully functional at all times






Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing existing Shopify stores (not beginners)
Strong knowledge of Shopify admin, themes, apps, and integrations
Experience with product uploads, page building, and site optimization
Comfortable creating artwork using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
Experience setting up and managing loyalty or rewards programs
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good written English and clear communication skills






Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
Basic CRO or UX knowledge
SEO experience for Shopify product pages
Experience with analytics (Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics)
Familiarity with Facebook/Meta or Google tracking pixels
Experience supporting sales launches or promotions
