JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing US/Switzerland-based health supplement brand in the GLP-1/Weight Loss space. We are scaling rapidly, and we need a Right-Hand Person to help run the engine.

This is NOT a typical "Customer Support" job where you read from a script like a robot. This is a Junior Operations Role.

We are looking for someone with High Agency.

If you are High Agency, we want to pay you to learn how to build the operations for an e-commerce brand.

You will start in the Customer Support. Currently, the volume of customer inquiries is low, and it will be one of the tasks to do daily. Once the brand/volume growths, you will be able to hire a customer support agent and shift your focus to the operations management.

You need to know exactly why they buy, what they complain about, and what makes them happy.

Master the Inbox: You will handle 100% of customer tickets. You won't just "reply"—you will solve problems to prevent chargebacks and save sales.

Logistics Detective: You will track shipments, stock, talk to our US warehouse, and fix delivery issues before the customer even notices.

The "Gatekeeper": You will protect the Founders' time so we can focus on growth.

As you master the basics, your role will naturally shift into Growth & Ops:

Influencer Manager: You will manage the logistics of sending PR packages to the. UGC influencers. You’ll be the one making sure our brand gets into the hands of people with following, communicate with them, and ensure we receive the UGC videos on time.

Community Voice: You will take over our Social Media engagement— creating posts, replying to comments, reposting stories, and building a "cult-like" community vibe.

Operations Lead: You will eventually help manage inventory, supplier relationships, and hiring new CS agents under you.

Who This Is For

You are a Problem Solver: You see a fire, and you grab a bucket. You don't wait for permission.

You are Emotionally Intelligent: You know how to calm down an angry customer in 2 sentences. You understand people, not just policies.

You are Detail-Obsessed: You are the type of person who gets annoyed when a picture on a website is slightly crooked.

You want MENTORSHIP: You want to learn the game of E-commerce.

Who This Is NOT For
You want a chill job where you can watch Netflix in the background. (We move too fast for that).

You need to be micro-managed and told exactly what to do every hour.

You get overwhelmed easily when things change.

The Details
Role: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week).

Salary: $800 - $1,200/month.

Location: Remote (Must be available during part of US EST hours).

How To Apply (Read Carefully)

To prove you are detailed-oriented, please do the following:

Subject Line: Put "I am High Agency" as your subject line.

The Scenario: Answer this question in your cover letter:

"A customer emails you saying their package is marked 'Delivered' but they don't have it. I (the founder) am asleep. The customer is angry. What exactly do you do? Walk me through your specific steps."

Tell me: What is the biggest problem you solved at your last job without being asked?
