Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Coordinate meetings, briefings, and follow?ups with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items to completion
- Draft, proofread, and manage high?level correspondence and communications
Operational Coordination
- Support cross?firm initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely execution
- Assist with project tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain organised digital systems, files, and workflows
- Liaise with senior staff across multiple firms to gather information, resolve issues, and streamline processes
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted point of contact for staff, clients, and external partners
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Support internal communications, announcements, and team updates
Administrative Excellence
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Process expenses, invoices, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate events, workshops, and strategic planning sessions

Experience
