TikTok Faceless Creator

Job Overview:
We’re looking for someone to create and post TikTok slideshows (image carousels) that natively promote our app. Each slideshow typically consists of 5–8 slides. We will provide examples and templates for both images and text.

You can post as many slideshows per month as you like, but no fewer than 30. The position is fully remote, and you can work on your own schedule.

Requirements:
- An iPhone (any version). Preferably a spare device that you don’t use in your daily life
- Strong English skills, as all posts are in English and targeted at the US market
- A good sense of aesthetics and the ability to find images and sounds that match a specific vibe
- Ability to install a VPN and ensure it is always turned on while posting (we’ll provide paid access)
- A PayPal or Wise account to receive payments
- Be highly motivated and results-focused

Compensation:
We offer a performance-based compensation model:
- $80 per 100,000 views
- Views are counted at the end of each month and include views from all videos, not only those posted during that month
- No cap on earnings, your income depends on your views.

Example calculation:
If all of your videos reach 1,412,500 total views by the end of the month, your compensation will be $1,130.

Additional benefits:
- A welcome bonus in the first month if you meet specific criteria
- Bonuses for achievements or new content formats, discussed individually

Nice to Have:
Previous experience as a content creator, clipper, social media manager, or someone who actively posts on social media
