looking for a Graphic Designer with drawing skills to help me make assets for a 1M+ YouTube channel

Hello! The YouTube channel “Low Budget Stories” is expanding its creative production team. I am looking for a long term collaboration with a Graphic Designer to help me design assets for videos. Think of backgrounds, characters, objects, etc. The goal is to be able to provide weekly video's with your help as designer, together with a video editor. Right now we are aiming for 1 video per video, but in the future this can become more.

What I'm specifically looking for is someone who is willing to learn, is available enough to meet the deadlines, and above all someone who is loyal and I can trust.

In return you'll get:

- Access to the full Low Budget Stories asset library, in order to make the best quality assets.
- A financial compensation of $50.- per assets for a video made. (As you grow in the job this compensation will also increase).
- Full guidance by myself to become a better designer/illustrator. Your goal is to make assets just as good as they are now.

What I need from you:
- You must be able to finish assets for a video within 4 business days. (Including iterations).
- Since the assets-making proces is probably a back-and-forth job between you, the editor and me, you should be available to communicatie with me within frequently enough through chat. We will obviously be checking out our schedules and find a way to have the most effective collaboration, but what I mean is that I can not wait 3 days before I get an answer or a call.
- Full loyalty: I'm going to share with you everything that made me the channel I am today, and I'm going to make you edit wojak videos as good as I am today. This dedication and mentorship comes for free, but in return I need to trust you.
