Website Rebuild + Email Setup & Migration (Immediate)

I am seeking an experienced web professional to rebuild my business website from scratch and advise on the best platform going forward.

Background:
My prior website was repeatedly taken offline due to domain and Google Workspace issues beyond my control. As a result, I lost my website entirely and need a full rebuild on a stable, independent platform. I currently own the domain but am open to transferring it away from Google if recommended.

Scope of Work:
• Full website rebuild for a professional service-based business
• Platform recommendation required (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.)
• Explanation of why the recommended platform is best for long-term stability
• Assistance with domain transfer or DNS setup if moving away from Google
• Email setup guidance (business email, migration if applicable)
• Clean, professional design suitable for a regulated service industry
• Mobile-responsive, SEO-ready, fast-loading site
• Contact forms and basic lead capture
• Ability to scale or update the site in the future

What You Must Include in Your Response:
