JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
Google Ads
Manage and optimize Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns
Keyword research, bidding strategy, and budget allocation
Improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
Write and test ad copy aligned with brand tone
Monitor tracking, conversion accuracy, and GA4 integration

Instagram / Meta Ads
Launch, manage, and scale Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns
Develop and test creatives (UGC, carousels, reels, statics)
Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies
Funnel strategy: cold ? warm ? retargeting
Daily performance monitoring and weekly optimization

Reporting & Strategy
Weekly and monthly performance reporting
A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and offers
Collaborate with creative and content teams
Recommend budget scaling opportunities based on performance

Requirements
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPA, funnels, and attribution
Experience with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center
Ability to manage budgets from $5k–$100k+/month
Data-driven mindset with strong optimization skills
Bonus: Experience in fashion, beauty, bridal, or DTC brands

Nice to Have
Experience with TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads
UGC sourcing or creative direction experience
CRO or landing page optimization knowledge

Email
/SMS funnel awareness (Klaviyo is a plus)
