JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and flexible Customer Support Representative to join our team long-term. Do you have e-commerce, dropshipping, and customer support experience? Then you might be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries through Reamaze (experience required).

Handle questions related to fulfillment, orders, shipping times, returns, and exchanges.

Work within Shopify (minimum 2+ years of experience with Shopify support).

Maintain accurate records and complete tasks in Google Sheets / Excel.

Collaborate with the team and attend 1:1 training in English.

Be flexible — availability 7 days a week and ability to work up to 40 hours when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer support (Shopify required).

Strong experience with Reamaze.

Experience working with dropshipping stores, preferably in the fashion/clothing niche.

Strong understanding of order flows, tracking updates, stock issues, returns, and quality-related inquiries.

Strong communication skills in English.

Flexible with working hours, including weekends.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
