JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:

SM&R Talent Solutions is seeking a "Boolean Wizard" to join us as an Executive Sourcing Recruiter. In this "Talent Scout" role, you will perform deep-dive searches to build a proprietary pipeline of "passive" executive talent for $100k+ roles across Tech, Legal, and Healthcare.

Contract Details:

Duration: 2-Month Initial Contract (Possible extension/FTE based on performance).
Schedule: 35 Hours Weekly.
Shift: 8am–12pm PHT

Key Responsibilities:

Passive Talent Identification: Conduct advanced Boolean and X-ray searches to find candidates who are not active on public job boards.
Vetting: Perform initial "first-pass" resume reviews and technical vetting to ensure alignment before passing candidates to the Principal.
Engagement: Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach to assess fit and interest.
Reporting: Maintain consistent documentation of all pipeline activities for daily handovers.

Requirements:

Tools: Must have self-sufficient access to LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized sourcing databases.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Technical/Executive Sourcing with expertise in finding talent on GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche directories.
Skills: Proven ability to build rapid rapport with high-level candidates.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a separate document answering the following 7 screening questions:
Your typical weekly sourcing output (e.g., number of candidates contacted, discovery calls scheduled).
The specific premium tools you currently own and rely on for passive candidate outreach (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator).
Confirming your availability for a 35-hour weekly commitment starting January 5th, 2026
We specialize in the $100k+ 'Search & Submit' model. If I give you a role for a 'Cybersecurity Director' at a firm that has zero job postings, where do you start your search?
What is your process for 'first-pass' technical vetting to ensure a candidate is culturally and technically aligned before submitting them to the Principal?
How do you differentiate between a 'good resume' and a 'top 1?ndidate' when you are doing your initial pass?
My schedule is built around homeschooling and ministry. If you hit a 'roadblock' at 9:00 AM and I am unavailable until 11:00 AM, how do you handle your remaining 2 hours of work?
