As we continue to expand our digital platforms, we’re looking for a Product Designer who can help bridge the gap between ideas, design, and development to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Role Overview

The Product Designer will work closely with our web development team, stakeholders, and leadership to organize requirements, manage feedback, and ensure projects move forward smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, design-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with developers to turn ideas into functional, user-friendly products.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work alongside the web development team to design and improve digital products and internal tools.
-Gather, organize, and translate feedback from stakeholders into clear design requirements.
-Create wireframes, mockups, and basic prototypes to guide development.
-Ensure design consistency, usability, and alignment with business goals.
-Coordinate tasks, priorities, and timelines with developers to keep projects on track.
-Review completed features and provide feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.
-Help document workflows, features, and design decisions.
-Support continuous improvement of existing systems and user experiences.

Qualifications:

-Experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
-Strong understanding of how web applications are built and how developers work.
-Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
-Ability to clearly communicate ideas, feedback, and requirements.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams.
-Experience working with developers is a must.
