Marketing Assistant

We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to help keep our marketing moving forward — especially when priorities aren’t always clearly defined. This role is ideal for someone organised, curious, and comfortable taking initiative.

You’ll support ongoing marketing activity across websites, email, social media, and SEO, helping ensure things go out on time, look professional, and deliver results. You’ll also help turn ideas, data, and content into repeatable marketing processes.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting regular marketing launches and updates
- Helping ensure key marketing outputs happen consistently
- Keeping marketing systems, templates, and workflows organised
- Supporting growth on social media and search
- Tracking performance and sharing simple insights with the team

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong written English
- Is a self-starter who doesn’t need step-by-step instructions
- Is comfortable learning new tools and using AI/automation
- Has a basic understanding of digital marketing (or is eager to learn)
- Is reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

This is a full-time permanent position, no freelancers will be considered.

Hours: Full-time (flexible)
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
