This role requires someone who is comfortable working with complex information, navigating U.S. county and government websites, and accurately extracting and organizing data. You must be highly organized, methodical, and able to follow written instructions precisely while thinking independently when records are unclear. Strong English reading comprehension, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and online research tools are essential. Prior experience with real estate research, public records, or legal documents is a plus.
