Wallbuddy is a fast-growing global wall art brand selling thousands of premium posters and framed prints across Amazon US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, and Italy. We have been in business for 12 years and have been selling on Amazon for the last 10 years.

We are expanding fast and we are now hiring a senior, highly skilled Amazon General Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon business.

This is not a VA position.
This is not a junior PPC role.
This is a mini-CEO role for the Amazon division.

You will run the entire Amazon channel:
Strategy, PPC, listings, growth, catalog direction, team leadership, and P&L performance.

Your Mission
------------------------------------------------
You will rebuild, manage, and scale Wallbuddy’s Amazon business.

Phase 1 (first 90 days)

Restore revenue to historical baseline (Sept 2024–Sept 2025 levels).
Fix all PPC inefficiencies.
Rebuild proper campaign structures.
Improve TACOS and stabilize profitability.
Improve listing quality, keyword indexing, and ranking.
Organize the Philippine VA team into a clear workflow.

Phase 2 (months 3–12)

Grow the account by 20–30% year over year.
Launch new high-profit product lines (FBA + FBM).
Lead keyword expansion, marketplace expansion, and catalog strategy.
Build systems, SOPs, and reporting.
Fully own Amazon growth KPIs.
You will function as the general manager, reporting directly to the CEO (Ireland).

2. Direct PPC Execution (Your #1 Core Skill)
You are responsible for:
Designing and structuring all PPC campaigns
Managing bids, budgets, placements
Running Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display
Reducing wasted spend
Improving TACOS and ROAS
Creating ranking campaigns
Harvesting keywords
Managing negative keywords
Building weekly PPC reports
Training a junior VA to help with repetitive work (optional)
You personally do PPC.
This is not delegated.

3. Team Leadership
You will lead a team of 5–6 Philippine VAs:
Graphic designers
Listing optimizers
Operations VAs
Video editors
You will assign tasks, review their work, and guide them toward Amazon success.

4. Listing Optimization & Conversion Work
You will:
Improve titles, bullets, backend keywords
Guide image and video improvements
Run split-tests
Improve conversion rates
Improve SEO and indexing

5. Strategy & Growth
You will:

Requirements
------------------------------------------
* At least 3 years managing entire Amazon accounts
(Not just PPC, not just listings — the whole channel.)

* Strong, proven PPC experience
You must be able to personally run and optimise PPC campaigns at scale.

* Experience managing teams
You will be leading design, listings, and operations VAs.

* Strong analytical skills
Ability to interpret complex PPC data and make decisions fast.

* Experience restoring or scaling declining accounts
Your job is to rebuild and grow our account.

* Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
* Strong English communication — written and spoken
* Able to operate independently with CEO-level thinking
