Video Editor & Talent Outreach Specialist (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)

Title: Video Editor & Talent Outreach Specialist (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)
Pay: $5 USD/hour ($800/month)
Schedule: 7 days/week, approximately 5–6 hours/day. Work during your normal daytime hours (PHT). Async communication with occasional check-ins.
Payment: Weekly via PayPal

About Us:
Content production company creating relaxation and entertainment videos for YouTube and membership platforms. Looking for someone reliable to handle video editing, posting, and talent outreach.
This is a long-term position with potential for pay increases based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Video Production (~15 hrs/week)

Watch raw 1-hour session recordings and mark timestamps with descriptive names
Export clips (automated processing handles watermarks/audio)
Create YouTube thumbnails (pull frame, add text)
Upload and post clips to YouTube, social platforms, and membership sites
Use existing templates for descriptions and tags
Post content 7 days/week

Talent Outreach (~25 hrs/week)

Find potential female talent/models on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X
Send outreach messages using our templates via dedicated accounts we provide
Send cold emails
Track contacts and responses in Google Sheets
A/B test message variations
Coordinate with interested talent (scheduling, follow-ups, collecting signed documents)


Requirements:

Video editing experience (DaVinci Resolve preferred, or willing to learn)
Strong written English
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, email
Reliable internet connection
Can work independently
Available 7 days/week (5–6 hrs/day)
Comfortable working with niche entertainment content (details provided during screening)

Nice to Have:

Previous outreach or lead gen experience
Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails
