We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist focused on Instagram-first strategy and execution, with content repurposed across other platforms using a scheduler.
This role is hands-on and execution-driven.
You will help plan, edit, post, and repurpose content consistently while keeping everything organized.
What You’ll Work On
-- Support Instagram content strategy (Reels, carousels, stories)
-- Edit and format short-form video and static content
-- Write or refine captions based on provided direction
-- Schedule and repurpose content across platforms using a scheduler
-- Adapt Instagram content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other channels
-- Track what’s posted and what’s scheduled
-- Organize content, ideas, and assets in Trello and Notion
-- Support day-to-day social media operations and admin tasks
Required Skills (Read Carefully)
-- Experience managing or supporting Instagram accounts
-- Understanding of Reels, carousels, captions, and IG+ social strategy
-- Comfortable editing short-form video (CapCut preferred)
-- Familiar with scheduling tools (or willing to learn quickly)
-- Strong organization and attention to detail
-- Clear written English and reliable communication
-- Able to follow systems and work in a fast-moving environment
If you have no experience with Instagram or social media operations, this role is not a fit.

Compensation & Growth
-- Starting rate $4–5 per hour (based on experience)
-- Up to 10 hours per week to start
-- Rate increase after 60 days based on performance
-- Opportunity for more hours and responsibility over time
