Virtual Assistant and Content Manager

Job Title: Creative Production Partner
Part-time (20 hours per week)

Role Overview
J. Frisk Film & Photo is a luxury-tier production firm serving elite real estate agents and large-scale commercial construction companies. We are looking for a Creative Production Partner to co-manage our workflow and manage our content. You aren't just an assistant; you are the guardian of our "Editorial" standard. You will ensure that every project is delivered with absolute precision.

Core Responsibilities
Technical Oversight & Quality Control: Review all final photos and films before delivery. While our primary editing is outsourced or handled by the principal, you must have the skill to jump into Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve to perform "precision fixes" (e.g. sky swaps, photoshop fixes or updated branding in videos) to ensure the work meets our 48-72 hour turnaround.

Delivery Management: Take full ownership of the Aryeo and Dropbox ecosystems. This includes creating custom property websites, uploading high-resolution files, and ensuring floor plans and Matterport links are correctly integrated.

Operational Adaptability: We are constantly refining our workflow. You will be responsible for learning and implementing new delivery platforms or management tools as we scale.

Client Communications & Scheduling: Act as the professional voice of the company when the principal is on-site. You will handle high-end scheduling for elite teams (e.g., Compass Luxury) and respond to project inquiries with the poise required for $5M+ listings.

Asset Transformation: Take our cinematic master films and create high-impact "Social Edits" (Vertical Reels/Shorts) that maintain the soul and sound design of the original 4K/8K production.

The Ideal Partner Profile
Software Fluency: You must be proficient in DaVinci Resolve for video and Lightroom/Photoshop for stills. You don't need to be a high-volume editor, but you must be a "high-quality fixer."

Luxury Sensibility: You understand that "Luxury Editorial" means intentional light, shadow, and atmosphere—not just bright and wide.

Process Driven: You thrive on creating order out of the chaos of a busy production schedule.
