Sales / Ops Virtual Assistant – Residential Cleaning Company | Sales- Scheduling- Ops | $3–5 USD/hour

We're hiring a high-energy, full-time Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant for our residential cleaning company in the United States.

The ideal candidate is a confident closer and a sharp operator - someone who can sell, schedule, and manage the day-to-day without missing a beat. You'll be joining a small, fast-moving team and are expected to carry your weight on both sides. You cannot panic under pressure - this role moves fast and requires someone who thrives in that environment.

You must already have experience with:

Residential cleaning companies

BookingKoala or similar platforms (Housecall Pro, Jobber, Launch27, etc.)

Sales and phone-based customer service for U.S. clients

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, texts, and leads — close as many as possible

Follow up on past quotes and warm leads until they convert

Confidently explain pricing, packages, and service details

Own scheduling, cleaner coordination, and day-to-day operational management

Handle client issues, cancellations, and reschedules quickly and professionally

Keep CRM, Slack, and booking systems accurate and up to date

Requirements (please don't apply if you don't meet these):

At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning business or related home services company

At least 1 year of proven phone sales experience with English-speaking clients

Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent - must sound natural and confident

Proven ability to manage operations and scheduling in a high-paced environment

Stays calm and solution-focused under pressure - if you panic easily, this is not the role for you

Experience using BookingKoala, Go High Level, or similar CRMs

Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a high-quality headset

Willing to work 7AM – 8PM CST (Chicago time)

Availability on weekends is ideal (even 5–7 hours)

Schedule & Pay
Part-time or Full-time (25 to 50+ hours per week)

Starting pay: $4–$5 USD/hour, based on experience

Performance bonuses for strong sales results
