JOB OVERVIEW

We're Looking For An Analytics Expert Who Can Build A Data Ecosystem (Not Just Look At Dashboards)

Here's what most companies get wrong about analytics:

They hire someone to "set up Google Analytics" and "track conversions."
Then they wonder why they still have no idea what's actually working.
The problem isn't the tools.

It's that most "analytics people" only know how to look at data that already exists.
They can't build the systems that create clean, useful data in the first place.
They can't connect the dots between what's happening in the ads, on the website, in the CRM, and in the bank account.
And they sure as hell can't use that data to make decisions that actually move the needle.

That's not you.

You don't just read dashboards.
You build the entire data ecosystem from scratch.
You make sure the data is clean, accurate, and actually useful. You set up redundancy so nothing gets lost. And you turn all that data into insights that help us make better decisions faster.

Here's What Makes This Role Different:
Most companies want someone to "track analytics."
We want someone who owns the entire data infrastructure for us and our clients.

1. You're Comfortable With The Technical Stuff
You're not scared of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, or any of the technical setup that makes good data possible.

You understand:

How to set up tracking that actually works (not just "install a pixel and hope")
How to build custom events that capture the data we actually need
How to structure data so it's clean and easy to use
How to set up redundancy so we never lose important information
How to connect different tools so data flows between them automatically

You don't need someone to hold your hand. You figure it out.

2. You're AI-First (We Don't Hire Any Other Way)
We don't want someone who "uses AI sometimes."
We want someone who can't imagine working without it.
You use AI to:

Analyze data faster and find patterns humans would miss
Automate reporting so you can focus on insights, not busy work
Build better tracking systems in hours instead of weeks
Predict what's going to happen before it happens

If you're still building reports manually, you're not our person.

3. You Can Set Up Automations (And You Love Doing It)
You understand that good analytics isn't just about tracking data.
It's about making that data work for you automatically.
You can build:

Automations that send alerts when something important happens
Systems that update dashboards in real-time without manual work
Integrations that move data between tools without breaking
Processes that make sure nothing falls through the cracks

You're the kind of person who sees a manual task and immediately thinks "how can I automate this?"

4. You Turn Data Into Decisions
Anyone can look at a dashboard and say "traffic is down."
You can look at the same dashboard and say "traffic is down because X changed, which affected Y, which means we should do Z."
You don't just report what happened. You explain why it happened and what to do about it.
You understand the business, not just the numbers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Setting up and managing Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and all the technical infrastructure that creates clean data
Building custom tracking for us and our clients so we know exactly what's working
Creating automations that save hours of manual work every week
Making sure data is accurate, clean, and properly stored with redundancy
Turning raw data into dashboards and reports that actually help people make decisions
Implementing tracking and analytics systems for our clients (there's a decent amount of hands-on work here)
Working with an international team that's growing aggressively and building cutting-edge campaigns

This year alone, every dollar that ran through one of our client's businesses went through our AI ads. That made them a crap ton of money.
You'll be the one making sure we know exactly why it's working so we can do more of it.
What We're NOT Looking For:

Someone who only knows how to read pre-built dashboards
Someone who's scared of the technical setup
Someone who needs everything explained step-by-step
Someone who thinks "analytics" means looking at vanity metrics
Someone who can't explain what the data actually means

What You'll Get:
Compensation:
You'll start with a base as you ramp up.
Over time, that base grows.
But here's where it gets interesting: the better you perform, the more you earn. There's no cap.
If you can own the entire data function and help us make better decisions faster, your earning potential is unlimited.

Training:

Access to an absurd amount of cutting-edge training and technology.
Step-by-step guides that show you exactly how to set up tracking, build automations, and create systems that scale.
We ruthlessly consume the best information out there, then condense it into processes that crush.
You'll learn things most analytics people will never see.

Growth:
You'll work with Joburn Private Limited and a range of partner clients we help scale.
You're not stuck looking at the same Google Analytics dashboard forever. You're building skills that make you irreplaceable.
As we grow (and we're growing aggressively), you grow with us.

The Real Opportunity:
There's so much room to grow here.
Yes, it's going to be challenging. But there's absolutely no way we don't reward hard-working people who own things and do what it takes to help the team succeed.
If you show up, execute, and push the standard higher, you'll be taken care of.

How To Apply:
Send an application with the subject line: "Analytics Expert + [Your Favorite Data Tool]"
Include:

Your resume or LinkedIn
Examples of tracking systems or dashboards you've built (screenshots or descriptions)
A brief explanation of a data problem you solved (what was the problem, what did you do, what was the result)

If you make it past the first round, expect:

A form to fill out
A brief assignment and/or interview
A trial period where we both see if it's a good fit (maybe you won't like us, and that's fine)

From there, you keep growing and showing us what you can do.
Sound Like You?
Then let's talk.
