Part-Time Amazon Logistics & Inventory Manager

About Us

ZestiGreens is a growing e-commerce brand in the healthy greens category, selling primarily on Amazon, with expansion into Shopify and Walmart.

We are looking for a highly capable Amazon Operations & Inventory Manager to help manage forecasting, inventory planning, supplier coordination, and Amazon replenishment.

This role starts part-time (10–15 hrs/week) and can expand based on performance and results.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the Founder to manage:

Inventory forecasting and replenishment

Supplier and production coordination

Amazon FBA and AWD inventory planning

3PL coordination

Identifying opportunities to reduce fees and improve efficiency

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning inventory health and improving operations over time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Forecasting & Planning

Maintain forecasts across SKUs

Monitor inventory levels and weeks of cover

Help prevent stockouts and overstock

Support replenishment planning across FBA, AWD, and 3PL

2. Amazon & Fee Awareness

Monitor Amazon storage and inventory-related fees

Flag risks related to:

Low inventory

Long-term storage

Excess AWD storage

Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs

3. Supplier & Shipment Coordination

Track purchase orders and production timelines

Follow up with suppliers

Track shipments and ETAs

Ensure correct documentation for shipments

4. FBA & 3PL Coordination

Assist with replenishment plans and inbound shipments

Coordinate with 3PLs for prep, kitting, or bundling

Track inbound check-ins and discrepancies

5. Communication & Reporting

Provide a weekly inventory and risk summary

Flag issues early so the team can act proactively

Coordinate with PPC when inventory levels change

What We’re Looking For

Amazon FBA operations experience (inventory or supply chain)

Strong spreadsheet skills

Ability to think ahead and flag risks early

Clear English communication

Comfortable working independently with guidance

Nice to Have

Experience with AWD

Experience working with 3PLs

Familiarity with Amazon storage fees

Experience in CPG, food, or gardening categories
