Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA)

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Assistant to help maintain our brand presence across social media, email, and our website. You will be responsible for taking our existing raw content (footage/images) and turning it into polished social media posts, blog content, and professional print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media: Create and schedule 3–4 posts weekly. Must be able to edit existing footage into engaging posts

Copywriting: Write 4 monthly email blasts and 2 monthly blog posts (SEO-friendly).

WordPress Management: Upload blog posts and perform routine website updates (adding products, creating new pages using existing layouts/builders).

Graphic Design: Design short-to-medium brochures and flyers using Adobe InDesign.

Admin Support: If time permits, assist with email management and admin

Required Skills & Tools:

Design: Expert level in Adobe InDesign and Canva/Photoshop.

Web: Proficiency in WordPress

Copy: Strong written English with the ability to adapt to our brand voice.

Video: Basic video editing skills for social media

Organization: Familiarity with Asana
