JOB OVERVIEW

Golden Rule Properties is a growing U.S. Real Estate Investment company specializing in the ownership, management, and improvement of mobile home communities. You’ll support our U.S. team with daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and reporting for several mobile home parks In Rent Manager. This role is remote but requires strong communication and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:
- Enter and reconcile bank & credit card transactions daily
- Prepare weekly reconciliation summaries and monthly financials
- Run Rent Manager reports for weekly meetings
- Verify vendor and loan data monthly
- Maintain clean, organized records in Rent Manager and Google Drive

Tools You’ll Use:
Rent Manager Express | Google Sheets & Drive | Gmail | Slack

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience (U.S. or similar GAAP)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with Rent Manager or property management software
- Reliable internet
- Able to learn systems quickly and troubleshoot with curiosity

Schedule:
- Flexible hours as long as deliverables are on time
- Some overlap with U.S. business hours (8 AM – 4 PM CST) required for check-ins
- Estimated workload: 30–40 hours per week

Compensation:
- $700–$1,000 USD/month, depending on experience
- Long-term, full-time role
