Lead Manager / Appointment Setter (Real Estate Experience Required)

Part-Time | Remote

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM US Eastern Time
• Occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts as needed, based on appointment and deal volume

Role Overview

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a Lead Manager / Appointment Setter to take ownership of lead follow-up and appointment quality.

This role sits at the front of our sales process. You will work new, old, and cold leads, qualify opportunities, and set high-quality in-person appointments for our acquisitions team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Following up with inbound, old, and cold leads via phone and text
• Asking structured questions to understand motivation, pricing expectations, and readiness
• Determining whether a lead qualifies for an in-person appointment
• Scheduling appointments that meet company standards
• Managing lead follow-up inside the CRM
• Keeping accurate notes and dispositions
• Taking ownership of appointment quality and outcomes

Compensation & Growth Path
• Hourly Pay: +\- $8.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus:
• $10 per signed contract that originates from your scheduled appointment
• Pay Review: After 30 days based on appointment quality and consistency
• Growth Opportunity:
• Strong performers can grow into higher-level lead management, CRM ownership, or training support roles

Required Experience & Skills
• Experience in real estate appointment setting, lead qualification, or a similar sales-focused role
• Strong English communication (spoken and written)
• Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based sellers
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable following clear standards and being accountable for results
• CRM experience
