Women Only Facebook Deals Group VA (Long-Term | Night Shift Required)

I'm hiring a Facebook Deals Group Virtual Assistant who can think independently, follow directions exactly, and move fast. Please address me as Erica. You will be expected to use common sense, notice issues before they become problems, and work without constant supervision. It will start out as part time while we are training, once you can do things on your own it will move to full time.

Pay
$3/hour during training
$4/hour once fully trained and able to work independently
Pay increases beyond $4/hour are tied to ownership, system-building, and problem-solving
10–15 hours per week while training
This is a night job for Philippines-based applicants
Must overlap with U.S. Pacific Time (PST) I need someone who can work PST day shifts
Start is part-time during training. Hours may increase to full-time by February (or sooner) based on performance and reliability.

What You’ll Do
Source deals daily from reliable retailers
Create and schedule Facebook posts (volume will scale up and may reach many posts per day)
Write deal posts and engagement posts that follow our tone and structure
Monitor groups to identify trends and high-performing formats
Make edits or corrections when needed instead of waiting to be told
Respond to simple, positive group comments
Flag negative comments, confusion, or issues for admin
Keep work organized and documented in Google Docs
Follow instructions carefully and consistently

Required Experience:
Experience posting in or managing Facebook groups and pages
Strong written English
Comfortable using Facebook scheduling tools
Comfortable using Google Docs

Highly organized
Self-motivated and fast
A quick learner
Able to think through obvious problems on your own
Able to follow directions exactly
Detail-oriented with strong common sense
This role is not for someone who needs step-by-step instructions or constant reminders. Accuracy, judgment, and restraint matter.
