Letsreach is a growing influencer marketing agency connecting gaming, tech, and entertainment creators with premium brands. We're scaling operations and need a technical specialist who can build automation workflows, manage creator outreach campaigns, and optimize our data systems.

What You'll Do

This is a technical operations role requiring strong automation skills. You'll spend your time:

Automation & Technical Work (40%):
* Build and maintain n8n automation workflows for creator discovery and analysis
* Integrate tools like Apollo, Instantly, Google Sheets, and AI platforms
* Troubleshoot workflow errors and optimize performance
* Create documentation and SOPs for automated processes

AI-Powered Research (25%):
* Use ChatGPT Plus, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini for creator discovery
* Execute research prompts to find creators matching brand criteria
* Validate creator metrics, engagement rates, and brand fit
* Build detailed creator profiles with analytics and contact information

Campaign Management (20%):
* Manage Instantly.ai email platform across multiple campaigns
* Audit inboxes and categorize responses
* Draft professional outreach emails to creators and brands
* Monitor campaign performance and maintain relationship pipelines

Data Management (15%):
* Maintain master creator and brand databases in Google Sheets
* Ensure 95%+ accuracy in all data entry
* Track campaign metrics and deal pipeline
* Generate reports and organize file structures

What We Need From You

Technical Skills (Required):
* Automation experience with n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar platforms
* Portfolio showing 3+ workflows you've built (screenshots, videos, or descriptions)
* Advanced Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, data validation)
* Experience using AI research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
* Excellent written English for professional communication

Work Experience:
* Minimum 4-5 years professional experience
* Remote work or online work experience preferred
* Technical or operations background (not pure customer service)

Work Style:
* Proactive problem-solver
* Independent learner who masters new tools through documentation
* Detail-oriented with strong quality control habits
* Critical thinker who suggests process improvements
* Reliable communicator who raises issues early

* Influencer marketing knowledge

Requirements

Technical Setup:
* Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
* Professional workspace for video calls
* Noise-canceling headset
* Backup power solution

Work Schedule:
* 8 hours/day, 5 days/week minimum
* Some overlap with Dubai timezone (UTC+4) preferred
* Toggl time tracking with screenshot monitoring
* Philippine public holidays recognized
