Virtual Assistant – Facebook and LinkedIn Lead Generation (Part-Time, Remot

I run a Silent Disco Rental business in the U.S. and I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help generate leads through Facebook Groups and Facebook Marketplace.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable writing short promotional posts and messages in English.

Responsibilities
• Post ads and promotions in relevant Facebook Groups
• List and manage Facebook Marketplace postings
• Respond to inquiries using provided scripts
• Create simple, creative ad captions and variations
• Track leads and activity in Excel / Google Sheets
• Help identify new groups, locations, and posting opportunities

Required Skills

? Strong English reading comprehension & writing
? Experience posting in Facebook Groups & Marketplace
? Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
? Creative advertising mindset (not just copy-paste)
? Prior Virtual Assistant experience preferred
? Reliable internet & consistent availability

• Lead generation or sales support experience
• Facebook business or local services posting experience
• Familiarity with U.S. audiences
