Marketing VA (all rounder)

You will be helping me run and scale multiple content & consulting projects. You’ll manage help identify new potential clients, support ideation, handle cold email tasks, and generally keep me organised + ahead.

I need someone proactive, resourceful, and able to think through the goal of the task and not just wait to be told every micro-step.

Key Responsibilities
• Content planning support (topic sourcing, competitor research, structuring content ideas, summarising proven formats)
• Lead sourcing + prospect research (identify ideal clients for consulting, identify YouTube channels that match criteria
• Keep me accountable to deadlines
• Deep researcher tasks (tools, niches, potential opportunities, partnerships)
• Admin tasks connected to my travel + client work when needed (not necessary)

Requirements
• Excellent written English
• Experience working with content teams or YouTube creators (preferred)
• Understand how to research fast
• Must be comfortable communicating clearly + proactively
• Good at thinking ahead, not waiting passively
• Must be comfortable with async communication & autonomy
