Customer Service Representative (CSR) – ServiceTitan

Hughes Mechanical is a growing residential HVAC and plumbing company based in the United States. We are looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative located in the Philippines to support our operations team. This role is critical to delivering an excellent customer experience and keeping our schedule and communications organized.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working with ServiceTitan and is comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer communications. This position is fully remote and requires excellent English communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to follow established processes.
Responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls and emails from customers, scheduling service calls and estimates in ServiceTitan, making outbound follow-up calls for unsold estimates, maintenance reminders, and appointment confirmations, responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner, updating customer records, notes, and job information accurately in ServiceTitan, coordinating with technicians and internal staff to ensure smooth daily operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
Requirements include previous experience as a CSR for a U.S.-based HVAC, plumbing, or home services company, strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan including scheduling, customer records, and job workflows, experience handling both inbound and outbound calls and email support, excellent spoken and written English, a professional phone presence, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, reliable internet connection, and a quiet work environment. Experience with U.S. customers and understanding of HVAC or plumbing terminology is strongly preferred.
Work schedule is aligned with U.S. business hours, typically Eastern Time. This is a long-term position with consistent hours for the right candidate.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based raises as the company grows.
