JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based company seeking a professional outbound sales caller / appointment setter to support our business development efforts through cold calling and live lead qualification.

This role is focused on booking qualified, held appointments with U.S.-based decision-makers. This is not customer support and not inbound sales. Calls are live, unscripted conversations that require strong listening comprehension and the ability to respond naturally in real time.

This is a long-term opportunity with the intention to increase hours and compensation based on performance.

Schedule
-20 hours per week to start
-Strong performers may increase to 40 hours per week after a successful ramp-up period
-Calls made during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred)

Core Requirement: English Proficiency
This role requires near-native spoken English, particularly:
-Strong listening comprehension
-Ability to understand questions immediately
-Ability to respond naturally without relying on scripts
-Comfort handling interruptions, objections, and clarifying questions in real time

This role is not suitable for candidates who rely heavily on memorized scripts or who need time to mentally translate questions before responding.

Accent is not important. Comprehension and response quality are.

Responsibilities
-Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based businesses using provided lead lists
-Use a structured cold-call framework while adapting naturally to live conversations
-Identify and engage decision-makers
-Listen carefully and respond appropriately to prospect questions and objections
-Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
-Book qualified appointments for the sales team
-Accurately log calls, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
-Attend brief daily morning meetings for coaching and alignment

What Success Looks Like
-Conversations sound natural, professional, and unscripted
-Prospects feel understood, not “talked at”
-Appointments are well-qualified and consistently attended
-CRM notes reflect accurate understanding of the conversation

To Apply (Required):

Please submit two short voice recordings (no scripts):
1. Introduction (1–2 minutes)
-Introduce yourself
-Briefly explain your experience with outbound calling
-Describe how you handle a prospect who says, “I’m busy—what is this about?”

2. Cold-Call Read (30–45 seconds)
-Read a short cold-call script we provide (used only to assess clarity and delivery)

Applications without voice recordings will not be reviewed.

Compensation

Base Pay:
-$6–$8 per hour, based on experience
-Paid hourly for all scheduled hours worked

Performance Bonuses:
-$10–$25 per qualified, held appointment, based on quality and consistency

Bonuses are paid for meetings that:
-Are attended
-Include a decision-maker or strong influencer
-Fit our defined ideal customer profile
-Are logged accurately in HubSpot

Monthly Performance Accelerators:
-10+ qualified meetings/month ? $50 bonus
-15+ qualified meetings/month ? $150 bonus
-20+ qualified meetings/month ? $300 bonus

High performers can earn significantly more as hours increase to full-time.

Here is a script you can use to read in the recording:
Opening
“Hi, this is [Your Name] calling from Temporary Wall Systems.
Does your company do construction or renovation work in facilities that ever need to remain open during the construction phases?

Positioning Statement (15 seconds)
“We support commercial renovation projects by providing reusable temporary containment walls and doors—primarily for dust containment, noise abatement, and infection control, like ICRA requirements.
Do you work on projects where the facility is staying open during construction?

We work with general contractors, facilities teams, and infection control stakeholders when projects have areas of the facility that need to stay operational.”

Discovery Question:
“I’m calling to understand whether you have any current or upcoming projects where temporary walls or containment might be needed—either now or later this year.”
(Pause. Let them talk.)

Can I explain a little more about what TWS does to see if we could benefit your company?
TWS provides modular, reusable temporary containment systems designed to keep occupied spaces safe, clean, and operational during construction. Our panels are engineered for ICRA compliance, install quickly, and create a professional appearance—much cleaner and more durable than plastic sheeting or traditional drywall barriers.
A few quick highlights of what we offer:
• ICRA-compliant containment for healthcare, labs, and sensitive environments
• Dust, noise, and debris control for any occupied renovation like offices, universities and any place that is going to remain open during construction
• Full service – delivery, installation, inspections, and removal
• Negative air + HEPA integration when required
• Faster turnaround than building temporary drywall, with no patching or painting afterward
• Cleaner, more professional look for patient-facing or public areas
