We’re looking for a talented CapCut Desktop Video Editor to enhance client testimonial videos and turn them into engaging, polished content. You’ll take our raw testimonial footage and turn it into clean, engaging videos for both our website and Instagram — including short highlight clips.

This role is execution-focused: clean edits, strong pacing, readable subtitles, good eye for what sounds/looks good, and requires good judgment in choosing the strongest ---------- nts from each testimonial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Edit three testimonial videos using CapCut Desktop (not mobile)
-Add clean, on-brand subtitles
-Create a website-optimized version of each testimonial
-Create a vertical Instagram version (Reels format)
-Extract 3–5 short highlight clips from each testimonial (8–20 seconds)
-All work must be delivered as exported MP4 files and the complete CapCut project folder with all supporting media, so edits can be made in the future if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience editing videos in CapCut Desktop (Mac or Windows)
-Experience adding and formatting subtitles
-Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
-Ability to independently identify strong ---------- nts from testimonial footage
-Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions

You must be able to deliver the complete CapCut project folder, including all assets — not just exported videos.

COMPENSATION
This role is paid per testimonial source video
(We have three testimonials available for editing right now. Each video is about 1 minute of footage.)

EACH TESTIMONIAL INCLUDES
1 website version
1 vertical Instagram version
3–5 short highlight clips

RATE RANGE: $15–$30 USD per testimonial project
Rate depends on quality, experience, and efficiency.

There will also be an additional paid project for:
1 combined testimonial highlight video (30–60 seconds)
And possibility of future projects if it's a good fit.
