Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Job Description

We are an established construction company delivering civil and building projects. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator based in the Philippines to support our team remotely.

This role is fully work-from-home and focused on BOQs, take-offs, cost estimates, and progress claims.

Responsibilities

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

Perform material take-offs from drawings

Prepare cost estimates and tender pricing

Track project costs and budgets

Prepare progress claims and variations

Assist with final accounts and cost reports

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil / Construction

Minimum 3 years QS or Estimator experience

Strong Excel skills

Able to read construction drawings

Experience with CostX, PlanSwift, or Bluebeam (preferred)

Reliable internet and ability to work independently
