Real Estate Marketing & Platform Operations Specialist (Hybrid Tech & Marketing Role)
Overview
We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on individual who sits at the intersection of marketing, software platforms, and real estate operations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with digital marketing systems, SaaS platforms, and basic-to-intermediate coding or no-code tools, and who also understands how real estate businesses operate (sales, rentals, administration, reporting).
You will help manage and improve our real estate-focused SaaS platform, support marketing initiatives, and streamline operational workflows for property owners, agencies, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media,
• Work with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Assist in content creation for real estate audiences (agents, property owners, investors).
• Analyze campaign performance and user engagement using analytics dashboards.
• Support branding, messaging, and go-to-market execution for platform features.
Software & Platform Operations
• Work with SaaS platforms, dashboards, and internal tools to improve workflows.
• Assist in managing integrations between systems (CRM, PMS, marketing tools, analytics).
• Work with low-code / no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Webflow, Airtable, etc.).
• Understand and assist with basic coding or platform configuration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, or similar).
• Help test features, report bugs, and improve UX from a real estate user’s perspective.
• Collaborate with developers or technical partners when needed.
Real Estate Operations & Administration
• Understand real estate workflows: listings, rentals, property management, reporting, and admin processes.
• Assist in setting up operational dashboards for:
• Leads & sales performance
• Property performance (rentals, occupancy, revenue)
• Marketing ROI
• Support documentation, SOPs, and platform onboarding for real estate clients.
• Act as a bridge between technical systems and non-technical real estate users.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
• Experience in real estate marketing, administration, or operations (agency, property management, rentals, or development).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Previous exposure to software platforms, SaaS products, or tech systems.
• Basic to intermediate experience with:
• Coding (HTML/CSS/JS) or
• No-code / low-code tools and platform configurations.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and analytics.
• Strong communication skills – able to explain technical ideas simply.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) or real estate CRMs.
• UX/UI awareness or product thinking.
• Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments.
• Understanding of AI tools or automation in business operations.
