What You’ll Do (Targets ? Outreach ? Booked Screens)

You’ll own the top of funnel and keep pipelines full. Your mission is to generate qualified candidate flow across multiple open tax requisitions.

Build targeted talent maps for tax professionals (public accounting + tax specialties)
Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and creative channels
Write outreach that gets replies (smart personalization + high volume)
Conduct quick qualification screens and book candidates directly onto recruiter calendars
Maintain accurate activity tracking in ATS/CRM and report weekly results
Partner closely with recruiters to calibrate profiles and improve conversion

Requirements

3+ years of talent sourcing/recruiting experience (required)
Proven success sourcing for US-based roles or public accounting/tax (strongly preferred)
Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and outreach campaigns
Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment (response rates, screens booked, pipeline coverage)
Strong written communication and professional candidate experience


Nice to Have

Experience sourcing tax profiles (CPA firms, US tax roles, SALT, partnership/corporate tax, etc.)
ATS/CRM experience (any platform)
Experience supporting multiple requisitions at once
