DESCRIPTION:

I’m building a backend ecosystem inside GoHighLevel to support multiple offers, memberships, cohorts, and campaigns for a March 10 launch with a March 20 Equinox initiation.

**This is a first-time build inside GHL with no legacy tech debt — we will build clean and correct from the start. I have not used GHL before and will rely on your technical judgment during the build.**

SYSTEM SCOPE (Hybrid):
This is not a single-funnel project.

This setup will serve three phases:

1. Launch (March 10) — Business Layer
• funnels + email + SMS
• DM automations
• tagging + segmentation
• onboarding pathways
• sales + conversion logic
• Skool + GHL integration

2. Initiation (March 20 — Equinox) — Ritual Layer
• onboarding rhythm
• Skool access + sequencing
• membership experience
• cohort identity sorting
• container holding

3. Integration (Post-March 20) — Identity Layer
• nurture + retention + ascension
• transition from Free ? Pro ? Ultra ? Practitioner
• cohort warm-up + community engagement

TOOLS & MODULES:
We will use A+B sophistication:
(A) AI for automation + task handling
(B) AI to enhance nurture + conversion (DM + SMS + Email)

Special Modules:
• DM automations
• AI phone assistant (qualification + routing)
• SMS sequences
email campaigns
• tagging + segmentation
• pipelines + calendars
• Skool membership integration

I WILL HIRE IN TWO PHASES:
Phase 1 — Operator (Head of Systems Path)
Phase 2 — GHL Executor (Supports you)
You will not be expected to do both roles alone.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Operator):
? architect workflows + campaigns
? build automations cleanly
? name/tag/segment correctly
? configure AI + DM + SMS interfaces
? integrate Skool + GHL
? QA all logic + edge cases
? document decisions + pathways
? ask clarifying questions early
? ensure timelines match the launch cycle

TIMELINE:
• immediate hire
• paid technical test within 72 hours
• decision within 96 hours
• February build phase
• March 1–9 warm-up + sequencing
• March 10 launch (Business)
• March 11–19 onboarding + refinement
• March 20 Equinox initiation (Ceremony)
• post-launch integration + ascension

COMPENSATION:
Hourly to start ? convert to monthly retainer after March

REQUIREMENTS:
? 2–5+ years GHL experience
? understands tagging + segmentation
? can QA + test properly
? calm + precise + methodical
? comfortable making technical decisions
? comfortable asking clarifying questions
