Virtual Assistant – Owner Research (Mobile Home & RV Parks)

I invest in mobile home parks and RV parks and need help turning a curated list of properties into accurate owner contact data. This role is research only to start. No calling or sales in Phase 1.

Phase 2 may include outreach and calling if you’re interested in and good at that type of work.

What You’ll Do:

- Research property owners from lists I provide (via Outscraper)
- Use county GIS, tax assessor sites, and public records to find:
- Owner name
- Mailing address
- Phone number(s)

Verify and cross-check information
Track clean, well-documented data in Google Sheets
Accuracy matters more than speed.

Flexible hours
Consistent availability preferred

Who I’m Looking For:
Strong English skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable doing independent online research
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Bonus if you’ve done real estate research or skip tracing before.

Pay:

$4.50–$5.00/hour to start
Higher pay and expanded responsibilities available in Phase 2
