We are looking for a hybrid, agile, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support both digital content creation/editing and customer service & e-commerce operations for a jewelry brand. This role is essential to maintaining the brand’s digital presence and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Additionally, during periods of lower operational workload for the jewelry brand, the assistant will support a sister brand (a community management agency) by editing visual content only. This requires the ability to switch between different projects and priorities with ease.
This is a dynamic and evolving role, ideal for someone who is flexible, organized, and adaptable. Tasks may vary day to day depending on business needs, so it is important to feel comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Proactivity and the ability to solve problems independently are highly valued.
Experience using tools such as Canva and CapCut is preferred, along with a good eye or “taste” for graphic design. If you have not used these tools before, a strong willingness to learn is required—we are happy to provide the technical guidance needed so you can continue developing these skills for your future career.
Key Responsibilities
Jewelry Brand – Content & Customer Service:
Image editing for social media and e-commerce (including AI tools)
Creation of Instagram stories and carousel posts
Video editing for organic content and ads
Sales support and customer service
Management of messages and leads
Coordination of warranties and product exchanges
Organization of visual content for the online store
Basic Shopify support
Social Media Agency (Secondary Support) – Content Editing:
Image editing
Creation of stories and carousel posts
Video editing for ad formats and organic content
Integration of text, captions, logos, animations, and transitions
All visual materials (photos and videos) will be provided. Content production is handled in Costa Rica by another team member.
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) – mandatory
Availability to work during Costa Rica business hours
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to work remotely and handle multiple tasks
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools
