Content Creator & Executive Partner

???? Hiring: A-Player Content Creator and Executive Partner
Location: REMOTE
For: Andreas Pettersson, Leaders ADAPT (CEO Coaching and Executive Leadership Company)
I'm looking for an exceptionally intelligent, growth-minded Content Creator and Executive Partner who wants to own outcomes, not just complete tasks.
This is not a traditional EA role. You will be my strategic right hand, creating content that reaches CEOs and senior leaders while managing the systems and operations that drive the business forward.
This role is approximately 70% content creation and 30% executive support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Content Creation (70%)

Write LinkedIn posts, articles, and newsletters in my voice
Create lead magnets, guides, and downloadable resources
Write funnel copy, email sequences, and landing page content
Design social graphics, carousels, and presentation materials using Canva
Plan and manage content calendars across LinkedIn and Instagram
Repurpose podcast episodes and long-form content into shorter formats
Track engagement and adjust content based on performance
Maintain brand consistency across all written and visual materials

Executive Support (30%)

Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel coordination
Handle email inbox and prioritize communications
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and vendors
Build and maintain funnels, automations, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
Create SOPs, process documentation, and internal systems
Manage projects and keep deliverables on track
Handle client communications and follow-ups
Research topics in leadership, business growth, and personal development

WHO YOU ARE
Experience

Three or more years creating content for a founder, executive, or personal brand
Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive
Portfolio showing written and visual work
Stable work history with strong references

Skills

Strong writer who can match my voice quickly
Canva or similar design tools
GoHighLevel or similar funnel and automation platforms
Project management and organizational systems
Light video editing for clips and reels is a plus

Mindset

Strategic partner, not a task taker
Anticipates needs and thinks several steps ahead
Proactive and moves projects forward without waiting for instructions
Makes recommendations, not just asks questions
Extremely detail oriented
Loves building order, processes, and clarity
