???? Main Responsibilities
1. Format & Prepare Raw Footage
Download raw video files from shared cloud folders
Compress/convert large files (MP4, H.264, 1080p)
Organize files into a clean folder structure
2. Upload & Process Videos Using AI Tools
Upload formatted clips into your preferred AI editing tools
Apply templates or auto?editing features
Export drafts for review
3. Polish the Edits
Clean up cuts, captions, audio, transitions
Maintain a cinematic, ocean?inspired aesthetic
4. Prepare for Posting
Upload final versions to a “Ready to Post” folder
(Optional) Schedule posts after approval

You must already have — or be willing to subscribe to — the AI tools you prefer to use.
You can choose any tools (CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip, etc.) as long as the final output meets my quality standards.
???? Confidentiality Requirements (Important)
Because my content is part of a trademarked creative brand, you must agree to:
Sign a non?disclosure agreement
Not use, copy, or repurpose my content for personal use or other clients
Not share my content with anyone
Store all files only in our shared cloud folders
Not keep any files on your personal devices after tasks are completed
This is required for the role.
