AI Content Operator (Anonymous Digital Project)

We are building a quiet, subscription-based digital experience focused on voice, atmosphere, and calm presence.
This is not a typical social media or influencer project.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented operator who can manage content creation and daily execution using AI tools, under a clear creative framework.

This is a long-term project, fully remote, with stable monthly work.

What You Will Do

Create and manage AI-generated content (text, voice, visuals)

Maintain one or more fixed personas consistently over time

Post content to Telegram channels (private & preview)

Support content distribution on platforms like Reddit (using templates)

Follow strict tone, boundaries, and guidelines

Work independently once trained, with minimal supervision

This role is execution-focused, not strategy or decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

You must have:

Strong experience with AI tools (text, voice, image generation)

Excellent written English (natural, calm tone)

Ability to follow very specific guidelines

Comfort working on anonymous / fictional projects

Attention to detail and consistency

Ability to work quietly and independently

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with Telegram channels

Experience posting on Reddit

Familiarity with subscription-based content

Experience managing multiple personas or brands

What This Role Is NOT

To avoid confusion, this role is not:

Social media influencer work

Customer support or chatting

Sales or DM-based work

Personal exposure (you will never show yourself)

This is a behind-the-scenes operator role.

Work Schedule & Commitment

Part-time, approx. 1–2 hours per day

Flexible timing

Daily consistency is more important than speed

Compensation

Monthly fixed fee (to be discussed)
