commission based marketing of personal development products and services

I'm seeking an experienced marketer to market this online course:

This project is strictly commission based but I'm willing to be very generous with the cut.

I have a full funnel of products and services ranging from free to $2000 and I expect sales from the online course to lead to monthly coaching clients. My free coaching consultations have about a 50% sign up rate for monthly coaching of which i charge about $200 a month, per client. I'm willing to offer commission on this as well, for leads brought through your marketing.

We'd be starting without a marketing budget, however, I'll commit to investing a portion of the income generated from the sales generated back into marketing in order to create more sales for both of us.

A little about me:

My business is ---------- and I help people who don't know what their thing is, discover their passions and purposes. My work is all designed to be delivered online and via skype so I can serve ---------- speaking clients anywhere in the world. My target market is women aged around 27 - 30 who haven't done a ton of personal development work yet as they were busy going to school and getting a job doing something they thought they should do. They're into yoga and just starting to explore options for improving their life.

I have plans to start a youtube channel and am open to suggestions on how to tweak my funnel and get my offerings out there.
