Marketing Social Media Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual with great communication skills to support our efforts to enhance visibility online. This is an exciting opportunity for a social media manager passionate about video editing, social media marketing to grow alongside our coaching business helping others improve their mental health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage website content and updates using drag-and-drop tools on WIX.
- Oversee contact management, generate leads, lead tracking, and client onboarding processes.
- Edit videos and photos for social media and online platforms
- Online Marketing, which includes email marketing, social media marketing across various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging graphic content using Canva or other design software such as Adobe InDesign for marketing and website.
- Conduct online research on specific topics and provide oral and written summaries of information.
- Provide administrative tasks such as; producing excel spreadsheet with data, developing PowerPoint presentations, writing follow-up summaries after meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of video and photo editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools like Chat GPT, Copilot, and MidJourney.
- Ability to conduct research, copy-edit documents, and create effective presentations.
-Be proficient with Google docs and Microsoft Office such, as excel, word, powerpoint and MS teams platform
