We are a premium Mediterranean beauty brand rooted in craftsmanship, ritual, and exceptional
customer experience. As our brand grows, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and
calm Customer Care, Inbox & B2B Support Assistant to help manage daily communications,
support wholesale outreach, and protect our founder’s time.
Key Responsibilities
Inbox & Communication Management
- Monitor and manage multiple inboxes
- Keep inboxes organized and cleared daily
- Categorize and prioritize messages
- Respond using approved templates
- Draft responses that require founder review
- Provide a daily summary of items needing founder attention
Customer Care
- Respond to customer inquiries within 1-2 hours
- Handle damaged or missing orders using company guidelines
- Create replacement orders and issue refunds in Shopify
- Maintain logs of customer issues and resolutions
Wholesale & B2B Outreach Support
- Send templated outreach
- Track outreach and follow-ups
- Qualify responses and identify interested leads
- Schedule wholesale calls and meetings
- Prepare brief summaries before appointments
Social Media Engagement Support
- Like and respond to comments using approved language
- Flag comments and DMs that require founder input
- Help maintain a warm, responsive brand presence
Required Skills
- Excellent written English
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Experience with inbox management and customer service
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Shopify, and social media platforms
- Ability to follow templates and SOPs precisely
- Calm, professional communication style
Preferred
- E-commerce or beauty brand experience
- Shopify experience
- B2B or outreach coordination experience
