PROFESSIONAL PHOTO EDITOR

We are currently looking for a project based editor who is proficient in using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Once you have proven your skills and finish a set of projects, there is an opportunity to move into a full time role with a rate of 5 to 6 dollars per hour. Our goal is to build a long term partnership.

We also use AI tools to assist with photo enhancement and retouching, which helps reduce the need for fully manual work.

Please watch this training video to understand our editing style. Make sure to watch until the end, as it explains how we use AI and how it can make the retouching and enhancement process much easier.

There will be a paid test ($20 flat compensation) to evaluate your ability to edit both wedding and corporate photos at Martin Media’s quality standards.

We’re looking for someone who can:
Match an existing look using presets and adjustments

-Edit efficiently without rushing
-See and fix distracting details without being told
-Follow instructions given in a Loom video with high attention to detail
-The person who best demonstrates these skills will move forward as a potential member of the Martin Media photo team.

Test Philosophy
This test is designed to be informative but not over-informative.
We will not answer questions during the test.
You are expected to use your best judgment throughout.

If something feels unclear, make your best decision and, in your final notes, briefly explain why you did it that way.
